I am a tireless, visionary entrepreneur. After graduating from FSU in 2002, I took a job at Marcus & Millichap, where I was introduced to commercial real estate. Although being a commissioned-based employee meant I was essentially running my own business, I decided to leave and start a company I had real ownership in.

Therefore in 2007 myself and 2 partners started Franklin Street Financial Partners. Franklin Street is a full service commercial real estate firm based in Tampa Florida. I served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Capital division for 8 years. Under my leadership and management, amongst many others, the company grew from a boutique firm, with only 4 employees, to a major regional player, with over 200 employees, 5 offices, and 6 different business lines. As COO, I was responsible for corporate strategy and implementation, new office growth, management of personnel, and most other aspects necessary to creating a successful business. Although Franklin Street was a rewarding experience, I wanted to build real estate and not just service it.

Although Caliber Capital was founded in 2009 by myself and lifelong friend Mac McCall, we did not dedicate 100% of our time towards it at first. Then in 2015, we dedicated all of our time and resources to building a successful development company. Since inception we have completed over 75 projects, totaling over $300,000,000, ranging from small single tenant assets, large retail shopping centers, and a small handful of multifamily assets.

In 2019 we decided to become a tenant and founded Caliber Car Wash. I served as CEO until July 2024. Under my leadership the company grew to over 60 locations, went through 2 private equity transactions, employs over 1,000 people, and is still going strong today.
